hope this email finds you well.We are writing to extend our appreciation for the outstanding job that Duyen, Wang Wei and team assisted us in managing an important event, estimating at least 5,000 participants gathered at CQC on 05 October 2024 (1500 hrs to 2100 hrs) where the Line Friends activity was held at the premises.Their utmost support demonstrated by Duyen, Wang Wei and team were evident throughout the event; every level toilet was fully utilized throughout that period and toilet cleaners had to continuously ensuring the cleanliness of the toilets and importantly, toilet papers were sufficient throughout the event day. Common corridors and bins were unusually observed with many litters and food wastes around the premises, and cleaners had to make additional rounds and efforts to upkeep common areas.They had contributed to an overall pristine experience for the participants to enjoying themselves at CQC.As a token of our appreciation, we would like Eng Leng Management to remunerate Duyen, Wang Wei and team for their attentive work in managing sanitation and hygiene during that never seen before heavyweight event that came along with super high foot traffic.The team had demonstrated professionalism and discipline.
