DEFECTS REPORT

Along with our cleaning works performed, we can also submit reports on defects observed within the development to the Management. This will help to facilitate timely repairs or replacement works and improve overall satisfaction levels of the occupants.

CUSTOMISED COST-SAVING CLEANING CONTRACTS FOR EXISTING CLIENTS

We are aware that the cost of cleaning contracts is a key consideration point for clients, which is why we will propose to customise certain specifications within the cleaning contract, enabling our clients to save costs without compromising on quality.

After building up experience in our projects, we are equipped with the necessary knowledge and understanding of our projects to implement certain cost-saving measures. The following will be taken into consideration for the proposal:
